Bank Of India Starts Recruitment For 162 Specialist Officers

Bank Of India invites applications for 162 Specialist officers* from Indian citizens who have taken the Common Written Examination for Specialist Officers conducted by IBPS in March 2012 and have a valid Score card.

 * Reservation As per Govt. Of India Norms.

Scale of Pay:  JMG Scale I  : Rs.14500 – 600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7– 25700

                        MMG Scale II : Rs.19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100

Probation Period:Two Years (For Scale-I) OR One Year (For Scale-II).

Important Dates:

Opening date for On-line Registration of Application	04.07.2012
Closing date for On-line Registration of application  (including far flung areas)	15.07.2012

Date of Interview to be held in Aug/Sept 2012.

Eligibility (As on 01.12.2011):

->Age: Min 21 Yrs & Max 35 Yrs (For Scale-I) and 21-35 (For Scale-II) (Age Relaxation As per Govt. Norms)

->Qualification: As Specified in IBPS CWE.

->IBPS Score obtained in CWE for Specialist officers subject to have min 24 in each subject (21 for reserved category) with the following cut off :

Selection Process: Based on performance in CWE and Interview. Candidates shall be called for interview in order of merit of IBPS score card in the ratio 1:3.

• The Interview will carry 100 marks. Minimum qualifying marks in the interview will be 50 (45 in case of SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).The final merit list for selection will be prepared by clubbing the marks of written test as per IBPS score card & Interview.

How To Apply: Application fee of Rs.100(Gen/OBC) or Rs. 20(others) must be paid either via cash in any branch of Bank Of India using payment Challan on or before 14.07.2012.
